Responsibilities

I work as a visiting researcher within the Smith lab managing research for a potential perennial oilseed called silphium or silflower. My responsibilities include experiment and data organization, overseeing data collection from the field, and analyzing field data to determine trends about yield over multiple years of growth.

Fun Fact

I grew up in a town that has a population of about 700 people in northwestern MN close to Fargo, ND!
